nice boards and all but there's alot going on in the scene that isn't being documented properly. i think this is down to me not knowing what's going on cause well i'm 'out the scene'. so, use this thread and post all information on all mclaren upcoming events and then me or jamie will give it its own thread. im also considering making some webpages for the mclarenbands sites for information like band profiles and news and stuff and then link that to the boards, just so there's some more solid information. let me know whether that would be worth the wee while or not.

Well The Next School Event Is Band Fest 06 On The 23rd Of This Month. Every One Who Wants To Buy Tickets Can Get Them From ICT 1 At Lunch Or At The Door On The Night. Im Pretty Sure They Cost £4 But I May Be Wrong. Non Mclaren High Go-ers Are All Welcome.

Warning: If you didn't watch wrestling as a kid: 1. You are gay 2. Please read past the next few paragraphs and start below the line to avoid me being ridiculed. Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, children of all ages. D-Generation X (in the form of Simon Pooley aka "Cymbal Simon") proudly brings to you... Sadly, it is not the Road Dogg, nor Mr Ass for that matter but it is.... -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- OMFG No way! It's a sort of thornhill show featuring all of the people who are taught by hims bands. This will include Prodigal son, Sanith, Hammershift, possibly bf/gf and others. Should be a good laugh. Go to www.cymbalsimon.com for possibly more info

I would like to be dissassociated with the remarks of the last speaker.
Yeah, Alcoholacaust kicked ass.
Some bands "ahem, the Dylans" sucked balls though.

I'd just like to say, Prodigal son is playing at the Tolbooth on the 23rd of march (this friday from when this was posted) Starts at 8pm. tickets cost 4 quid if booked in advanced (at tolbooth I reckon) or 6 quid on the night. Other Bands playing are FO Machete (who have played at T in the park ) (Very fancy ) and a band called Big Mantastic Hope to see whoever reads this there.
